Redesign Support Team

Job Description:
Duties •Manage projects as assigned •Coordinate and mediate with multiple stakeholders •Coordinate external partners activities and processes •Develop vision, major goals, and action plan •Research best practices and apply as relevant •Monitor implementation •Identify emerging issues, barriers, and challenges and mobilize solutions •Initiate innovation •Develop tools needed to manage and monitor projects •Report project status to executive-level administrators and Board of Trustees using project management tools •Build capacity to sustain and manage complex change process •Develop professional learning communities with AISD departments at all levels of the organization •Identify internal/external support needed for successful implementation •Execute functional tasks routinely and with discipline (meeting notes, follow-up, etc) •Communicate externally and internally with stakeholders

Qualifications:
Relevant Skills and Experience •Initiating, researching, designing and implementing programs •Mediating, coordinating and implementing in a complex organization •Managing complex issues with multiple stakeholders •Working on education project to redesign/reform at the secondary level •Producing high-quality, clear communication under extremely tight deadlines •Managing complex change processes •Writing with clarity and coherence under time constraints •Communicating orally with clarity and coherence •Analyzing, synthesizing and responding to complex issues Required Skills and Experience •Four-year college degree •Minimum three-years experience managing project in public or private sector, or in an educational environment at the campus or district office level •Evidence of writing skills •Skills using computer programs, including Word, ExCel, PowerPoint Preferred Skills and Experience •Experience with educational reform initiative, preferably at the secondary level •Experience managing projects at a school district central office

Salary & Benefits:
60-80,000
