Speak or Lead a Conversation at Fall Forum!

We’ve been asked if we can give folks a bit more time to submit applications to be a featured speaker or conversation convener at Fall Forum, so we’re extending the deadline by one week. Please share, and send in your applications to be a Fall Forum speaker or conversation convener by September 23!

Fall Forum Speakers

We will select five to eight people to begin the second day of the 2016 Fall Forum with a short story about the ways CES schools have changed lives. In front of the gathered Fall Forum crowd, students, alumni, and educators from CES schools will share the impact of the CES Common Principles. If selected, speakers will have their registration fees waived, and will receive a hotel/travel stipend. While all are welcome to offer their stories, we especially hope to feature current students and recent alumni of Essential schools.

To apply, please create a 250-word statement about why you would like to speak at Fall Forum 2016 that shares your thoughts on the ways your school has changed your life and the lives of others in your school community. We have extended the Fall Forum 2016 speaker submission deadline to Friday, September 23, 2016! Speakers will be selected by September 30.

Fall Forum Networking Conversation Conveners

We invite you to convene a Fall Forum conversation around a specific question, a job title, a region, or whatever creative need you have. The Fall Forum schedule will allow multiple opportunities for groups to meet and plan future networking efforts. We are asking you to propose specific topics in advance so you and others who are interested can begin to communicate and plan ahead of Fall Forum. Please be mindful that if you convene a Fall Forum networking conversation, we hope (and expect) that you will continue the conversation, and take responsibility for follow up, with your group after Fall Forum has concluded. Your ideas, energy, and initiative are the future of this work!

We have extended the networking conversation topic deadline to Friday, September 23, 2016! Conversations topics will be selected by September 30, 2016.
