11/11/11 - PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT SHUTTLES FROM HOTELS TO THE MET SCHOOL AND OTHER TRAVEL INFO.

Fall Forum 2011, A Conversation among Friends, will take place at the Met School, 325 Public Street, Providence, RI. The Met School is a longstanding member of the Coalition of Essential Schools network and is a fantastic place for the interaction and learning that characterizes Fall Forum.

For those who have been to Fall Forums in the past, please note that the conference facility is not connected with a hotel. Please note that while there are ample hotel rooms available in and around Providence, there are no hotels within easy walking distance of the Met School.

You are welcome to make your own hotel/lodging arrangments, and we have reserved room blocks at various hotels in Providence. Those hotels provide complimentary shuttles, and we will be offering transportation on Friday, November 11 and Saturday, November 12 in the mornings and evenings to assure that you can get from these hotels to the Met School and back again--read on for details about those arrangements.

If you are driving or have access to a car, parking is available at the Met School.
