The Coalition of Essential Schools’ Fall Forum 2016 will gather educators and advocates engaged in the work and joy of building and sustaining student-focused, teacher-led, and innovative schools. Fall Forum offers contact with 600+ educators, school leaders, district staff members, and other decision-makers. Fall Forum exhibitors offer relevant products (publications, educational technology) and services (technical services that advance student agency, personalized learning, professional learning community support, coaching) to an eager, receptive audience.
Fall Forum 2016 has space for a limited number of exhibitors. We are also offering advertising and sponsor opportunities. Please contact us ASAP to secure your spot.

Exhibitor Information
Fall Forum exhibition fee: $750, which includes a 6-foot table, two chairs, additional space for banners/other materials, and one registration, with breakfast and lunch included on December 2 and 3. Overnight security for exhibition space is also included.
Fall Forum exhibition schedule:
- Thursday, December 1: table set up, afternoon time TBA
- Friday, December 2: exhibitions open 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, December 3: exhibitions open 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Advertising and Sponsor Information
Advertising: Ads will appear in the final onsite program guide. We will also thank advertisers on the CES website. Ad rates are as follows:
Outside back cover: $500(sold!)- Inside back cover: $400
- Full page interior, $300
- Half-page interior, $200
- Quarter-page interior, $100
Sponsors: Sponsors will receive logo listing and link on the CES website, thanks in CES newsletters and social media, name and logo on the inside front cover of the program guide, and signage at sponsored event. Sponsor opportunities include:
- 12/2 or 12/3 breakfast: $400
- 12/3 or 12/3 lunch: $500
- 12/3 or 12/3 morning or afternoon coffee break, $300
