CES Affiliate – $400 | Non Affiliate – $500 for December 1 pre-conference activities, and all Fall Forum December 2 and 3 events

One-day rates for either Friday, December 2 or Saturday, December 3: CES Affiliate – $200 | Non Affiliate – $250

Thursday, December 1 school visits are $150 per person, payable at registration

Am I an affiliate? To find out if you’re part of an affiliated school or organization, take a look at our list of 2015-2016 CES affiliates and/or 2016-2017 affiliates. If you’ve already registered as an individual affiliate for the 2015-2016 affiliation year, you’ll be receiving an email from CES with a Fall Forum registration code. Email us at fallforum@essentialschools.org with any questions about your affiliation status. Again, affiliation is free of charge, and you can affiliate your school or organization here.

Fall Forum cancellation and refund information:

Non-Emergency Cancellations: If you cannot attend Fall Forum, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund. Refund requests or cancellations must be received via email by 11/18/16. The full amount minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded. Transfers can be made, without penalty at any time, however we cannot guarantee name changes on materials after 11/21/16. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 11/18/16, unless in accordance with the Emergency Refund Policy.

Emergency Refunds: Emergency refunds may be granted after 11/18/16 if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to the death of an immediate family member, hospitalization, or other extraordinary circumstance. Refunds will still be subject to the 10% processing fee. All emergency refund requests must be received no later than December 18, 2016.

All cancellations and requests for transfer must be sent in writing via email to fallforum@essentialschools.org.
